Seeing that your inquiry has been posted for about five hours, I thought to reply.

If your computer info is current (per your post) the MacBook running OS X 10.5.8

could be almost any number of early build models of Intel-based Mac portable.

Each of the build models, have different specifications, and characteristics.

Hopefully someone here may be able to help, if given adequate information to reply.
